4 Weeks from Product to Tested GTM.
For 12 category-creating B2B founders. AI generates your pricing, narrative, and objection playbook. Your peers stress-test it. You run 5 live prospect conversations. You leave with artifacts, not frameworks.
5 artifacts. Not a strategy deck. Not a course certificate.
Pricing Model
Monte Carlo simulation across 10,000 scenarios. IAWTP anchor with confidence intervals. Expected discount curve. ACV floor for your sales motion.
20+ Narrative Variants
Hero stories, analogy frames, analyst-ready definitions. Triaged with Fire/Drop/Refine. Top 3 peer-tested in your cohort.
Objection Playbook
30 predicted objections with counter-arguments, ranked by likelihood. Practiced live in the Call Simulator against AI personas.
5 Live Prospect Conversations
You run them in Week 4. We capture outcomes, objections, pricing responses. This is data you'd take 6 months to generate solo.
30-Day Launch Plan
Not a strategy deck. An actual plan: which outbound motion to run, which content to publish, which 10 prospects to target this week.
Each week answers one question, uses specific engines, produces a specific output.
We're deliberate about who we admit. 12 seats is a curation, not a capacity limit.
- ✓Has a functional product (MVP or beyond) — not pre-idea
- ✓Building something genuinely novel — not the 15th CRM or 30th AI writing tool
- ✓Fewer than 20 paying customers — hasn't cracked GTM yet
- ✓Founder or founding team member who will own GTM — not a delegating executive
- ✓Can commit 8-10 hours/week for 4 weeks
- ✗Pre-idea founders — go to YC Startup School first
- ✗Category participants in crowded markets — different tool fits you better
- ✗Founders with repeatable revenue who need scaling help — Reforge is a better match
- ✗Founders who want a course with no deliverables — this produces artifacts, not education
Three live sessions, five hours of self-paced platform work.
Kickoff
All 12 founders + facilitator. Framework intro, week's assignment, peer check-in.
Office Hours
Drop-in Q&A. Platform support. Unblock specific founders.
Show & Tell
3-4 founders present their week's output. Peer feedback. Pattern spotting across cohort.
Plus: 5-7 hours of self-paced Arnen platform work (intake, engine runs, triage, simulator sessions), and a Slack channel for cross-cohort chatter between sessions.
Beta pricing for the first 12 founders. Standard from Cohort 2.
- ✓ Full 4-week Sprint

20-minute intake call. We decide together if it's a fit.
Book a 20-minute call. We'll discuss your product, where you are with GTM, and whether Cohort 1 is the right fit for you and us. If we agree, you'll get the payment link and pre-work materials within 24 hours. If not, we'll recommend a better path.

Why not just pay a GTM consultant?+
Consultants cost $40-80K for a single engagement and 2-3 months. GTM Sprint costs $1,500 for Cohort 1 (beta) / $3,000 standard and produces the same artifacts in 4 weeks — generated by AI, validated by you + peers + facilitator. The difference: consultants give you their judgment. Arnen gives you a structured methodology you can rerun when your product or market changes.
What if my company doesn't have a direct competitor?+
This is exactly the population Arnen is built for. Our Analogical Reasoning Engine maps category-creating products to adjacent funded markets — service meshes for compute infra, observability for AI agents, security automation for compliance tools. You'll get pricing, narrative, and objection frameworks from analogous markets that did work, adapted to your category.
How is this different from a course like Reforge?+
Reforge teaches mental models. GTM Sprint produces deliverables. A Reforge alumnus leaves with frameworks; a GTM Sprint alumnus leaves with a pricing model, positioning document, objection playbook, and a tested pitch — all personalized to their product. Same cohort-based delivery, different output.
What's the time commitment?+
8-10 hours/week total. 3 live sessions per week (Monday kickoff 90 min, Wednesday office hours 60 min, Friday Show & Tell 90 min) plus 5-7 hours of self-paced platform work. Sessions are recorded — you can catch up async if you miss one.
Who runs the cohort?+
Cohort 1-3 is facilitated directly by Abraham Onoja (Arnen founder). From Cohort 4 onward, a trained facilitator from the advisor marketplace takes over most sessions, with Abraham dropping in for strategic guidance.
What happens if I don't finish the Sprint?+
You keep everything you produced up to that point. No refund for incomplete cohorts (same policy as Reforge, Maven, YC Startup School). If you have a legitimate emergency, we roll you into the next cohort at no extra cost — happens rarely, but we're flexible.
Is my data private?+
Your product details, pricing hypotheses, and narrative variants are private to you. Anonymized aggregate data (e.g., 'pre-seed AI infra companies target ACV range $60-180K') is used to improve the platform for future cohorts. You can opt out of aggregate data contribution at intake.
When does Cohort 1 start and end?+
Cohort 1 starts Monday May 19, 2026 and ends Friday June 16, 2026. Recruitment closes May 12 or when 12 seats are filled, whichever comes first. Beta pricing ($1,500) is available for Cohort 1 only.
